Shipping policy

Woodruff's Pie Shop offers an exclusive selection of pies for shipping.  All pie orders for shipping must be made a week in advance, Tuesday through Friday.  Orders will be shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays the following week and must have received an email confirmation to be considered filled.  As a family owned and operated business there are certain holidays that Woodruff's Pie Shop will be closed.  Shipping during those holidays will follow a specialized Holiday Schedule which will be available on the website.  Shipping fees will also include handling fee for packaging materials.  For any issues regarding the condition of shipments received, please see our return policy.
